The second one kinda looks like a long shag.

My advice, either explain it the best you can to the haridresser or take a picture in with you when you get your hair cut.

Those are really cute styles, btw. I wish my hair would do that, but i have a big cowlick in the middle of my forhead and my bangs wouldn't lay like that.

I'd say it should be "layers" or either bangs. My friend has the same haircut. So ask your hair stylist to layer your hair which means to cut it in layers just like the one in the pictures. if not that then it has to be bangs. bangs does not always mean the straight cut on the forehead and everything else long it can also cut it to the side. also if you want that hair color, you should dye your hair blond then highlight it with dark brown or black.
