please help me i am going to get my haircut today and want to c some really cute pics of ppl with scene hair emo hair or razord. rite now my hair is a few inches past my shoulders and a dark red color i want to get black lo lites in my hair but dont have very much money to spend rite now wut is the best product to use. i will add a pic if i can figure out how
