lets see..I have some friends that are emo and they mostly wear tight jeans/pants. Also some black, but not too much, it's emo, not goth. Band t-shirts are good. Like Hawthorne Heights. For makeup just some eyeliner. And also put some fake cuts on your wrists. And part your hair to the side so its covering one eye
EDIT: Yeah I know. Sorry about that. Cutting is a stereotype. My friends don't cut but it would make you seem more 'emo' even if it is a very big stereotype.

get a punk shirt from hot topic and like really tight skinny jeans and those black and white checkered slip ons from Vans and do your eyes really dark. just wear your hair straight and use some black spray dye. and black nail polish. you could even draw red lines on your wrists and carry a plastic knife
