Ok so i straightened my hair and it just goes over the eyes and i want to cut the fringe like diagonally (by myself with just a pair of hairdressers scissors) infront of the mirror. I guess you could call it an emo cut but how do you suggest i do it without me stuffing it up?

There's really no way to explain it, but you need to try to put layers in it.
This will sound really weird but
get your hair wet and brush it and part it how you plan to style it everyday
Take the scissors and hold them vertically and take off a little bit at a time, DO NOT CUT BIG CHUNKS OFF AT ONCE because it will come out weird looking, you need a bunch of little layers in there. I really recommend you go to get it done... Ahh sorry I couldn't explain it better!
