I have black hair from birth, but in the last year or so, i started to grow a fringe. according to some ppl i looked like an emo during that time. Is it even posible for a darkskinned person to look like an an emo? (Btw, i hav a complextion similar to an indian person, not an african person. and jus forthe record, I'm not an emo, i just liked the fringe)

Of course it's possible. (I've heard them refer to themselves as "blemo" %26lt;black + emo%26gt;.) Emo is a sub-culture. Anyone can embrace cultures/sub-cultures. And anyone can assign labels to themselves based upon their cultures/sub-cultures. It isn't based upon skin color. Likewise, other people can't force cultures on you. So you're not emo just because people say or think you are.

As far as looking like an emo is concerned- Sure a black person can sport any of the typical emo looks.

Anything is possible if you work hard at it, and if youre wondering if you can be emo because of the texture of your hair- there are relaxers etc that can tame it. So the answer is yes, even black people can be "emo"tionally retarded :)
