Best brand hair dye?

I need a great brand hair dye for semi-dark hair. I want either BRIGHT red, Pepsi-blue, or a basic green. But it has to last long and work well. I'm bringing Visual Kei to Uniontown PA! (that that emo scene!)

For these bright colors, you will have to prelighten. The only thing that will stay well is a professional color done by an experienced stylist. Framesi has a great line of brights. Ask your hairdresser, and get a good color retention shampoo and conditioner to keep it bright. Have fun, but dont do this yourself.

Well for normal hair colors, Loreal Paris but.........It seems like most colored dyes fade out (and look like crap) if not re-colored frequently.
