Does this emo kid like me?

Theres this cute emo boy at school he has alot of ' girl-friends '

and i talk to him a little bit but he also sometimes pulls my hair and gives me little smoothy faces. But he also does it to alot of other girls and I kinda get jelous, also when other girls flirt with him I'll be in the room and he'll be lookin at me and then kinda move away from that girl. Does this mean he has something for me of just likes getting all the ladies.
