I have thick rimmed glasses and have my hair parted stylishly to the front. I do wear dark styled clothing and I consider myself to be a tad bit sensitive. But I deffinetly like girls and I've never cut myself. And I do listen to some emoish music but I pefer metal. So.. am I emo?

Dude your not emo i sadly used to know a kid who was emo really messed up don't worry about it though i have a lot of dark clothes listen to some emoish music but that's not emo. A emo is someone who cuts themselves to release stress and is usually depressed.

Yes, emo is a look but more importantly it is how you act. Just because you are sensitive does not mean you are emo. I like what another answer said about not labeling yourself. You dont have to be gay and a cutter to be emo though either. The way I dress people say I am a mix between punk and skater, but I dont try to fit any profile. I wear what I like and am simply just me.
